Refund policy

All sales are final. In the case of damaged items, please contact me at nelliebuchananart@gmail.com. You will then have the option of receiving a full refund or a replacement, if applicable. Be sure to inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Should your package be lost or stolen in the mail, a full refund will be issued one week after it should have arrived to account for shipping delays. For international shipments please allow two to three weeks to ensure your package is not delayed before receiving your refund.

Items cannot be replaced or refunded after 60 days from purchase.
