I retain all rights to all the work I create. I also retain the rights to sell and reproduce any and all of my work. The buyer may not create or sell any reproductions of my art without my permission.

The watermark displayed in the product image will not appear on your copy. However, I do sign each print by hand.

All orders are processed and shipped within 10-14 business days. All orders are shipped in the order that they are received. 

With the exception of large prints, all art prints are packaged in a clear protective sleeve with backing, which is then shipped in a rigid flat mailer. 11x17 prints are packaged in a clear protective sleeve and then placed in a triangular cardboard tube with brown paper padding. In the event of an order consisting of multiple prints your order may be shipped in a box to ensure quality upon arrival.

International Shipping: The only international country that I currently ship to is Canada. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes that may be imposed on them by their country. This is an additional cost to your order for you to expect when the package reaches your country. Orders that are rejected by the buyer upon delivery will not be refunded. Please be aware that international shipping times can be unpredictable and sometimes lengthy. I am unable to process refunds or resend potentially lost orders until packages have been stuck in transit for the timeframe specified by the carrier to file a claim. 

All sales are final. In the case of damaged items, please contact me at nelliebuchananart@gmail.com. You will then have the option of receiving a full refund or a replacement, if applicable. Be sure to inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Should your package be lost or stolen in the mail, a full refund will be issued one week after it should have arrived to account for shipping delays. For international shipments please allow two to three weeks to ensure your package is not delayed before receiving your refund.

Items cannot be replaced or refunded after 60 days from purchase.
